Christmas Gift Bag Packing
Each year, the team at the Center for Women and Children fills a large shopping bag with Christmas gifts for every woman staying with us. Thanks to generous donations, we spend one morning sorting, dividing, and packing those gifts with care. It’s such a joy to see the beautiful items collected and know they’ll bring smiles and comfort to our guests on Christmas Day.
If you’d like to help make these gift bags extra special, you can purchase items for them here.
We would love for you to help us prepare these bags.
The bag packing will take place on Thursday, December 18th from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Qualifications for this opportunity:
- The Minimum age is 10.
- Able to do light manual labor and stand for a while.
Entrance + Sign In
- Parking: You may park in the gravel lot or in the gated lot across the street. The code to the gated lot is 2007. If you're coming with friends or family, it's good to carpool.
- Entrance: Enter through the courtyard gate. Ring the doorbell to the left of the front door and let them know you are there to volunteer and how you are serving.
- Sign in + out with the link in your email, the Cause Connect app on your smartphone, or on the sign-in sheet.
